The Lighthouse Point Home Owners Association Board of Directors serves the owners and residents of Lighthouse Point Estates Phases I, 2, 3, 3a and 4. We are the custodians of the development and of the HOA. Our actions and decisions are made in the best interest of the development. The current board was elected in the February 16, 2019 General Assembly Meeting. The 2020 HOA BOD Meeting is currently slated for February 8, 2020.
The Board of Directors is made up of five full- or part-time residents. The only requirement to run for and hold a board position is to have started the Mexican Residence process. All residents, full- or part-time, are encouraged to serve at least one position on the BOD in coming years. The development and community require leadership to maintain, preserve and improve our home and way of life.
There are Board positions open every election at the annual meeting. It is imperative that all owners get involved and make their vote count at each election. For information on how to vote, contact any board member.
